How long does it take from landing to driving away?

Where exactly do we meet you at Malaga Airport?
In the arrivals hall of Terminal 3, after baggage reclaim, next to the first exit door on the left. Our staff wear the green Fetajo uniform. When you book we send you the meeting point and a direct phone number.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you book and we follow it. A delay does not cost you the pick-up. If you land outside office hours, tell us in advance and we arrange the handover with you.
What documents does the main driver need?
Original passport or national ID, an original driving licence held for at least 2 years, and a credit card in their own name. The minimum age is 25.
Do you deliver to hotels and villas?
We do, anywhere in Málaga province: from Nerja in the east to Estepona in the west, passing through Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas and Marbella.
Who deals with speeding or parking tickets?
Our office handles the administrative side for free; paying the fine remains the driver’s responsibility.
What if our plans change?
