If your vehicle breaks down and cannot be driven, please contact our offices (Calahonda: +34 952 93 44 12 / +34 615 66 88 81, Riviera del Sol: +34 952 93 97 38 / +34 667 56 55 27). Our roadside assistance team will reach you as quickly as possible.

Renters must be 25 years of age or older and possess a driving licence held for at least 2 years. When collecting your vehicle, please bring the original ID or passport, driving licence, and credit card under the same name as the booking holder. Copies or photos are not accepted.
To rent a car, you will need your passport or ID card, driver’s licence, and a valid credit card under the same name as the booking.
The car category you select will be confirmed, though the exact model may vary. You’re welcome to note your preferred model in the booking comments, and we’ll provide it if available.
Please return the car to the designated place and time stated in your contract or provided by our staff. Should your plans change, simply inform us, and we’ll arrange a new return time.
There are no mileage limits if you choose to rent with our full coverage plan.
According to Spanish law, the installation of baby seats and other accessories must be carried out by the customer. The company accepts no responsibility in case of incorrect installation or accidents.
Cash is accepted, provided that you also supply a valid credit card in the name of the main renter, which serves as payment security.
